Association is very good with experienced hands. Well maintained apartment. Kaveri water and RO water all the time. 

Even in heavy rains also, we have not seen water entering our apartment basement. Because it is on top land.

Summer will be minimal here because shadow of other D and B blocks fall on our C block. So, we don`t feel much hot even in summer. 

No light required throughout the day because natural light will be more than enough as it`s corner flat.

Society is really helpful at emergency requirements if any. Doctors and professionals of all fields staying in our apartment itself. Separate Owners WhatsApp group is there wherein all 196 flat owners are accessible. ADDA app available. GBM every year with more than 60% attendance.
